They carry lots of cuts of meat that sometimes are harder to find in the chain grocery stores. They will order what you need if they don’t have it too (eg I needed a raw ham to smoke and couldn’t find it anywhere and they ordered it from one of their farms/suppliers). Great advice on how to cook stuff too if you ask. All round just a wonderful local spot. A proper butchers. Premade/frozen stuff is good too."
